Wow . . . so I just went through my 101 in 1001 list, and it turns out there is a TON I have accomplished without even realizing! Here's an update and some banter for those who are interested :)
#14 - Buy a Laptop. So yesterday! However, it's time to update the PC or switch to Mac. Good news for me - my business is doing well enough that I can't use this laptop much longer for primary purposes! :)
#26 - Attend the Sex and the City premiere with girlfriends and heels. Yeah, that isn't going to happen. The premiere is long gone, and I was actually in Vegas the weekend the movie came out. However - the night of the premiere in Vegas we actually attended the Cirque de Soleil LOVE Beatles-themed show, and I swear on my children's lives, this is just about the most amazing thing I've seen. I had to scrape my jaw off the floor when it was time to leave. If you plan on going to Vegas, I KNOW you're going to spend oodles of money - so just put $350 of it towards a pair of tickets to this show, and you will not regret it, I promise.
#27 - Learn how to deglaze a pan. Been there, done that. My first lesson included carmelizing some onions and mixing the sauce with some low-fat mayonnaise to serve on one of my world-famous burgers. It was fantastic.
#34 - Go horseback riding. What I meant to list was, fall off a horse and cut your head open. Oops!
#44 - Weigh in at 117. Yeah. About that goal. I've pretty much decided I have that disease/syndrome where you sleepwalk to your fridge and eat your face off in the middle of the night. And when you're awake, you have no idea why you're as fat as you are because you surive off 1/2 a red pepper and about 13 diet cokes on any given day during the weight loss regimen.
#57 - Visit my niece of nephew in Denver. Well, I've gotten quite the response from Grant's slideshow, and I appreciate the compliments so very much. He's quite a cutie, isn't he? I'll be visiting again soon with the girls, and my sister and Grant and the three of us Roof gals will spend a weekend at my sister's home in Winter Park, Colorado. I'm so exicted to be able to share things like this with my seeessstttteeerrr!
#58 - My website is at www.morganroof.net. I gotta say, I'm not too excited about the separate website. I'm all about the blog, my friends. I've seen a few photographers who only offer blog-sites, and I think I'm about to be one of them. The slideshows show so much, and I make it a priority to post everything that I'm hired to shoot. We'll see . . .
#65 - Get wireless internet. Oh, yeah, baby. I'm about 20 feet from my PC right now, posting this entry completely wirelessly :)
#68 - Potty-train Ava. We're golden. And there is nothing cuter than a 3-year-old with a Little Mermaid wedgie.
#91 - Earn referrals from clients. I am completely amazed at where I am with this business because of the amazing network I am a part of and the referrals I receive. I am sooo grateful to each and every one of you who helps me in this regard.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

YAY!!! Congrats on knocking some more items off your list!
Morgan- in response to your referrals- YOU ARE GETTING THEM BECAUSE YOU ARE AN AMAZING, TALENTED, ADORABLE, AND INCREDIBLE Photographer. Your pictures are unique and capture the most precious moments of the events you photograph. I PRAY! That you will come back to New York from time to time so I can hire you to photograph my kids senior portraits.
