2009 favorites: portraits!

I just noticed my last blog post was dated March 9th . . . bad Mo! In my defense, I have been quite occupied preparing for and shooting a wedding in Jamaica that I just returned home from on Friday, and this week will be filled with lots of catch-up and editing before I journey to Washington to celebrate Easter with my three favorite people in the entire world. :) So without further ado, even though it's practically 2011, here are my favorite photos from 2009's portrait sessions. february boudoir special!

This past weekend I had four darling and beautiful girls drive up from Billings for a big boudoir shoot, and oh. my. god. it was sooooo much fun! It was not only fun for me, but it made me so happy to see how much fun they were having . . . they sipped wine, flipped through my iPod, encouraged each other, laughed a ton, and left so happy they did this for themselves and their loves! In honor of our good friend St. Valentine, I am offering a February special for boudoir shoots! Your place or mine, $175 gets you a photoshoot, bottle of champagne, and a disc of high-resolution images, all edited to make you look even more bee-u-tee-ful! If you a bring a friend or two or three or four, each of you pays $150! 2009 favorites: the shorties :)

I don't know what to say about how your children grow up without sounding like a cliche, but look at these faces and how they have evolved! If you are a new follower, Ava is the dark-haired, dimply older one, who was born May 3, 2005. Stella is the blonde-haired, dimply younger one, who was born May 4, 2007. We like to party in May. :)
