dave and nikki

Last night I met Dave and Nikki for some we're-still-in-love photos :) This couple is so sweet! Nikki contacted me shortly after she saw the photos from her brother and Missy's engagement session, and wanted some good photos of her and her hubby as well. Dave is an aircraft mechanic who had been in Iraq for some time. He and Nikki are still forced to be apart, with Dave being stationed in Great Falls and Nikki here in Bozeman. I'm glad they chose to spend a couple hours of their precious time together with me! We didn't get to do everything we wanted to do since it started to rain, and a wedding was going on inside the hotel we were shooting at. So stayed tuned for an up-and-coming Part II of this session in the sun!

Here are a few of my favorites. They brought their gorgeous dog, Cedar, for a few. She added a little amusement to a few photos. Dogs will be dogs! :)











Off we went while Cedar did a little swimming in the creek, then napping in the truck. Nikki just has the most beautiful blue eyes.
